Go for Life for over fifty fives

Ballina Family Resource Centre and Mayo Sports Partnership are running a “Go for Life” programme aimed at the over 55s. This programme cost €5 and will be on in Ballina Family Resource Centre on Monday September 19, at 12 noon for one hour. The class will consist of scenic walking.
